If you have oily skin, you need to take special care during the monsoon season. While the rains bring relief by lowering the temperature, it is not really pleasant for your skin. People with oily skin tend to suffer from a lot of skin issues including acne breakouts. With the increase in humidity, the skin becomes very oily. You need to take the right steps to control oil and prevent skin issues during monsoon. These are:

Washing the face frequently to remove excess oil and dirt. Use a water-based cleanser to clean out the skin.

Scrub it to exfoliate the skin and remove the layer of dead skin cells. These help in preventing the eruption of breakouts and keep them healthy and acne-free.

Use a water-based moisturizer to hydrate the skin. Do not use oil-based products on the skin or else they would increase the oil on the face and cause troubles.
