Bipasha Basu is one of those celebrities who have been working out and sharing their detailed exercise routines since the quarantine began. Time and again, the actress puts up an Instagram story of her at-home workout and urges people to exercise as well.

Her recent post is also the same. The actress, on Sunday, took to Instagram and shared a time-lapse video of her extensive workout on her stories. She also shared a post which showed how she relaxes after a grilling exercise session.

Bipasha shared the gram with the caption, “Dharma yoga wheel to my rescue today!!! Stiff back needs some love #loveyourself #loveyourbody #listentoyourbody #stretch (sic).”

In the video, the actress can be seen lying on a dharma yoga wheel moving forward and backwards in order to stretch her back muscles. For the fitness session, the actress wore a purple sports bra which she teamed with a pair of matching purpler yoga pants. Bipasha tied her hair in a top knot and kept it off her face.

A lot of celebrities including Maniesh Paul and Sussanne Khan loved the wheel and commented on the post saying the same. Have a look:
